I (Danny Crowe) am an insight and CRM/Loyalty specialist.


I have spent half of my career on the client side, with brands including Thomas Cook, B&Q, Homebase and Just Go Holidays. The other half was agency side with The Marketing Store, Friday Travel and Proximity London. My clients predominantly cover travel and retail including Celebrity Cruises, Center Parcs, Charles Tyrwhitt and Lloyds Banking Group.


I work with specifically chosen partners who are experts in data insight, creative & copy, direct marketing and digital marketing. I bring these together to deliver seamless customer communication across all channels.
