I (Danny Crowe) am an insight and CRM/Loyalty specialist.
I have spent half of my career on the client side, with brands including Thomas Cook, B&Q, Homebase and Just Go Holidays. The other half was agency side with The Marketing Store, Friday Travel and Proximity London. My clients predominantly cover travel and retail including Celebrity Cruises, Center Parcs, Charles Tyrwhitt and Lloyds Banking Group.
